Responsible party
Digital Africa (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Where we process personal information on behalf of a client during an engagement, we act as an operator under a written mandate.

Lawful processing
We process personal information only where we have your consent, where it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract, or where the law requires it. We collect the minimum information needed for the purpose and we tell you what that purpose is at the point of collection.
Processing during engagements
Personal information is processed only where the engagement requires it. Data classification is agreed with the client before environment access is granted, we prefer processing within client-controlled environments and South African data residency where required, and retention and secure disposal terms are defined in every statement of work.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
